Bookings
We act as agents for tour operators and other travel companies. By making a booking through us you will be entering into a contract with a third party (the tour operator) and the booking will be subject to their booking conditions.

Prices
The prices quoted on this site are subject to availability and are also subject to change with out prior notice.

Travel Tickets etc
Travel Tickets posted to clients are done so at the client's own risk. Tickets may be collected at our offices. For late bookings collection of tickets at the relevant airport may be necessary, where additional charges are applicable you will be informed at the time of booking.

Where a passenger is required to reconfirm a flight or booking it is their responsibility to do so and no liability is accepted for loss or inconvenience caused by failure to do so.

Return tickets are only valid for the dates specified on the tickets.

Amendments & Cancellations
All amendments and cancellations are subject to the booking conditions of the company with whom the contract is entered into.

All requests for amendment must be in writing and will be subject to additional charges.

All requests for cancellation must also be in writing and will be subject to cancellation charges.

Insurance
It is a condition of booking with every tour operator that you and any people travelling with you are adequately insured.

Special Offers
The offers featured on this website are subject to availability and maybe withdrawn or changed without prior notice.

Financial Protection
Your money and holiday arrangements are protected in two ways -

ATOL - which is short for "Air Travel Organisers' Licensing" - exists to protect the public from losing money or being stranded abroad because of the failure of air travel firms. It was first introduced in 1972 and it gives comprehensive consumer protection to people in the UK who buy flights or air holidays each year. We act as agents for Atol holders. Every package holiday advertised on this site will fall under the protection of the tour operators Atol License. If you book a package holiday that does not include a flight however the same protection does not apply. For more information use this link to visit the CAA Website.

ABTA - ABTA regulated travel agents and tour operators must comply with strict financial rules. You can book your holiday knowing that if any ABTA regulated company ceases trading for any reason whilst you are on holiday, you should be able to continue as originally planned, and, in any event, ABTA will ensure you get back home. If you haven't already started your holiday, you'll get your money back or be given help to make alternative arrangements for the holiday to proceed.

Not all the travel arrangements available through this site have the same level of financial protection, however all package holidays which include a flight must by law be covered by an Atol License.

Please note that any arrangements booked on-line via a link from our site are made directly with the company concerned. The companies linked to our site offering the facility to book Car Hire, Airport Parking & Airport Hotels on-line are not members of ABTA, and therefore ABTA protection does not apply.

Passports, Visas, Health Certificates
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and any necessary visas or health certification. For any passenger denied entry by immigration or other authority all repatriation costs are to be born by the passenger.

Payment
We will normally request that your holiday be paid in full 11 weeks before your departure date. You will be notified of any variation from this at the time of booking.

For bookings made over the telephone we will request at least a deposit payment by either debit or credit card. Failure to pay any balance due by the date specified in the booking conditions can result in the booking being cancelled without prior notice to the passenger.

Credit Card Charges
We do not charge anything extra for payment by debit card, cheque or cash, however a non-refundable charge of 2% will be made for all payments by credit card to cover the additional costs incurred.
